Anoza Labs is my company. Everything I develop runs under it: client projects as well as my own products.
In my day job I lead IT projects at an automotive group: SAP projects, cloud hosting, identity and access management, deployment into the business units. That shapes how I build. I understand the workflow first, then software gets built for it. Where that step alone already helps, I will advise without a project attached.
The advantage is not a price advantage, it is a process advantage: there is no handover between sales, project management and engineering. Whoever writes your quote also writes the code and gets the monitoring alert when the server stops answering.
Why I operate rather than hand over: only in live operation does it show whether a solution holds. Which technology goes into it I decide per project, based on the system, the company and the legal requirements.
The limit of that, stated openly: I only take on as many running systems as I can reliably look after. If it does not fit, I will say so in the intro call.
